The month of August 2002 in the UK has witnessed the tragic misadventure of two ten year old schoolgirls. The nation has been following each stage of the tragedy as it has unfolded in the media. In the UK two 10-year-old girls have gone missing from their homes in Cambridgeshire. Best friends Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, both from Soham, were last seen at about 1830 BST on Sunday August 4th 2002. The girls had been playing together but when parents went to check on them at 2030 BST they had vanished. (Times from BBC News). It was a hard and difficult time.
